As Managing Director of BB Construction Ltd, he has led the delivery of hundreds of homes, subdivisions, and commercial projects across New Zealand.
His strength lies in identifying opportunity, connecting people, and turning ideas into tangible long-term assets through practical, boots-on-the-ground, shoulder-to-shoulder leadership
Brendon actively serves on the boards of multiple New Zealand companies and works alongside developers, consultants, and investors nationwide, providing strategic guidance across development, construction, business growth, and long-term investment strategy.

Alongside her professional work in psychology, Stephanie is actively involved in business operations, development projects, strategic planning, and property investment, including the growth and management of a long-term rental portfolio.
Steph keeps the human element at the heart of everything we create, helping ensure every development, relationship, and opportunity aligns with shared values, purpose, and the way people truly live and connect.
