Founded by Brendon and Stephanie Barnett, Atlas Collective draws on more than two decades of experience in construction, property development, and people-focused strategy to help others create lasting wealth and legacy through property & personal growth.
We collaborate with like-minded people, consultants, and firms across New Zealand, building trusted partnerships with stakeholders, local authorities, and developers, including Oasis Base Property and BB Construction Ltd. Collaboration sits at the heart of what we do, ensuring every project delivers value, purpose, and shared success.
Brendon, Managing Director of BB Construction Ltd, has led hundreds of residential builds, commercial projects, and large scale subdivisions and Residential Projects across New Zealand.
His hands-on leadership, commercial insight, and ability to connect vision with execution bring depth, clarity, and momentum to every opportunity. Brendon also sits on the board of multiple New Zealand companies and acts as an advisor across a range of development and business ventures nationwide.
Stephanie, is a registered Clinical Psychologist, mother, and strategic partner within Atlas Collective. She brings balance, empathy, and human insight to the process, helping shape developments and growth pathways that are not only practical and commercially sound, but genuinely people-focused.
Her understanding of how people live, connect, and thrive adds a unique dimension to the work Atlas Collective delivers.
